Our Story
It all started with a dream.
In 1995, Master Jeweler Jay Garcia opened Jay’s Fine Jewelry in Saint Lucie West, Florida, driven by a lifelong passion for designing, repairing, and creating fine jewelry. Years earlier, Jay relocated his family and business from New York to Port St. Lucie with a clear vision: to build a jewelry store rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and lasting relationships.
With the trust and loyalty of the community, that vision became reality. Today, Jay’s Fine Jewelry is a two-generation, family-owned and operated business, proudly continuing its legacy alongside Jay’s daughter, Jessica, and nephew, Brian Garcia.

Jay’s Fine Jewelry has grown steadily over the years while remaining true to its core values. Our team now includes three Master Jewelers, a certified Rolex technician, and a group of highly trained sales associates who pride themselves on exceptional customer service.
Jay Garcia is an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), with extensive education in diamonds and gemology. His expertise allows us to provide certified jewelry insurance and estate appraisals, giving our clients confidence and peace of mind.

A Legacy Continued
Working side by side with Jay is his daughter Jessica, an integral part of the business who assists customers and helps carry the family legacy forward. Also alongside Jay is his nephew Brian Garcia, a Master Jeweler and designer with over 18 years of experience. Brian specializes in custom design and intricate repairs and, like Jay, is an Accredited Jewelry Professional certified by GIA.
Together, Jay, Jessica, Brian, and our knowledgeable staff guide customers through some of life’s most meaningful moments whether selecting a special gift, restoring a treasured heirloom, or designing a one-of-a-kind piece.
Custom Design & Bridal Excellence
Custom design is at the heart of what we do. Jay and Brian are personally involved in every step of the custom process, from the initial concept to the final piece. Designs begin as hand sketches, evolve into detailed CAD renderings, and are then carefully cast, set, and finished ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and satisfaction.
Our Bridal Department offers a wide range of styles, from elegant classics to designer collections, Jay’s own signature designs, and more. We proudly offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, available in a variety of shapes including round, pear, and princess cuts to suit every style and budget.
Jewelry With Meaning
Some of the most meaningful work we do comes from helping customers transform sentimental pieces. One recent bride-to-be brought in her late mother’s wedding band, asking us to create a custom design using her mother’s stones so she could feel her presence on her wedding day. Stories like these are why we do what we do and why we bring our best work every single day.
